		<description>
We are a group of Business, Training Development and HR professionals who:

- absolutely and totally refuse to bring anything except value to you.

- challenge you (and ourselves) to learn and act upon our learning.

- create impact that changes businesses and people.

What do We Do?

- Provide leadership and management development training to corporations. Click here to see some of our programs.
 (index.php?option=com_content task=view id=20 Itemid=14)

- Facilitate leadership retreats. Let
me be specific, not the kumbayah let's buy the world a Coke kind of
retreats. We faciliate meaningful, action oriented retreats for
business leaders.

- Consult with small business owners
on everything from defining their strategic focus, creating personal
brands, creating online social media brands, sales, networking, time
management, engaging the business in social media, how to manage
employee performance, how to radically improve productiivity, hiring,
compensationand more

- Help HR professionals discover how to earn a seat at the strategic planning table instead of the employee picnic table

How We Do It?

We facilitate corporation training sessions. These are not your
regular types of training sessions; remember, we refuse to bring
anything except value to you. Our training sessions are action oriented
and directly linked to corporate results. To see what people say about our training, click here (index.php?option=com_content task=view id=74 Itemid=49) .

We provide individual coaching around leadership and managing people

We speak at corporate events, conferences and association meetings.

Each month HR Business Connect conducts workshops for San Antoino business owners that are open to the public. See info. about our upcoming workshop below.
